Research: Feature Film Vs Short Film

The top image is that of the short film. The second image is the one from the feature film.

The differences between the film posters can be clearly identified, for example the feature film gives the names of the actors/actresses in the film which suggest that these actors/actresses are well known. Also, the feature poster gives the audience more information about the film, and gives them a clearer understanding of what this film is about.

The feature film follows the typical conventions from a 'mainstream' film poster, where as the short film challenges these conventions and does not follow them.
